If you have experience of event management, particularly within sport, and would like to be involved with one of the fastest growing 7s events in London, please get in touch. We’re keen to broaden the appeal of the event within the local area by providing an extended experience on the day. We already have exciting rugby, we’d like to add more… We have a budget to cover this important area and we’re keen to talk to people who can help us grow the event. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Volunteers and Organisers
We are looking for volunteers to help us put together the best 7s Festival we can. If you would like to be involved in next year’s Middlesex 7s Festival, please get in touch – we’ll be delighted to hear from you.
Candidates will need to be enthusiastic and brimming with ideas, with an interest in rugby. You will probably have some work experience though not necessarily in event planning. This is an un-paid, voluntary commitment, but it will include many benefits that will be advantageous for anyone looking to gain experience within the events / festival or sporting arena, and will be a great addition to your cv when it comes to finding the perfect job.
On the day, we need ticket and programme sellers, car park stewards, people to run kicking competitions etc.
In return, we can offer you free tickets for the event for you and your friends, Middlesex 7s stash, and we will keep you fed and watered all day (and by water, we mean beer!)
If you would like to be involved, please email us at email@example.com
Partners and retailers
We can offer prime space around the perimeters of the pitches at the Richmond Athletic Ground for retailers to take advantage of our captive rugby audience. If you would like to come and sell your wares, or give away product or promotional items to help spread some brand recognition, please get in touch. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
